Pornichet Centre and the Beaches

Miles of sandy beach await you just a few minutes' walk from your Normandy Hotel in Pornichet centre. Bask in the sun, cool down in the water or stroll along the seafront enjoying the invigorating air of the Atlantic Ocean.

Three beaches are available to you in Pornichet:

  • The Libraires Beach (or Grande Plage):  2km of white sand and a 180 ° panorama over the Bay of La Baule, this one of the most beautiful beaches in Europe
  • La Bonne Source Beach:  the most extensive of the beaches in Pornichet and a prime spot for fishermen during high tides.
  • The Sainte-Marguerite Beach: great for families thanks to the shallow pools and coves, you can admire the rock of Pierre Percée rising out from the waters in the horizon

The Hotel Normandy Pornichet – La Baule is located in city centre of Pornichet, so you will just as close to the shops as you are to the beaches. Around 250 shops can be found in and around Pornichet as well as fabulous food markets on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
